We are proud to present the Innovation 4 Welfare project video. The video portraits the Innovation 4 Welfare project, our methods and the added value of international cooperation, illustrated by the eight subprojects.

ROBO MD consists of three parts mainly. These three units interact in such a way that in a specific situation an alert is triggered. This keeps the number of false alarms as low as possible.
› Read onHow ROBO MD works
With elderly and disadvantaged people living alone it is worth caring about falls. Such an accident could have dramatic consequences especially if the person is not able to get up independently anymore. Sometimes the injured person is not even able to call for help, or nobody is present to provide help. In these cases, the immediate automatic detection and validation of such a critical condition allows to decide to call for help, thus minimizing the consequence, possibly even fatal, of a fall.

› Read onDissemination TIAM
TIAM dissemination seminary was held in the beginning of September at Science and Technology Park in Pilsen. The aim of the event was to introduce main ideas and results of the TIAM project to a wide spectrum of ergonomics experts.

The final technical meeting of the TIAM project was held successfully at the 8th of September in Pilsen. 5 TIAM participants of the TIAM project attended the meeting.
› Read onMnemosyne: Project goals
Mnemosyne aims to develop a service of remote teleassistance and guidance for the patients and their relatives. This might also result in a reduction of the workload that health professionals have to cope with and, consequently, in an improvement of their working conditions and quality of life. This is particularly relevant in some areas where geographical isolation generates important problems for these professionals.

The Mnemosyne project partners conducted during the initial stages of the project specific regional reports. These reports are aimed at identifying the particular needs and opportunities posed by teleassistance services. With the aggregated data gathered in these studies the consortium produced a general report integrating the needs, relevant initiatives and best practices identified in each of the participant territories. This report allowed the Mnemosyne partners to grasp the most important requirements that the future platform should comply with and the technical, organisational and operational structures to be used. The results of the general report will be included in the project’s final white book.
